Here is he! Here is he! Oh the great Bill Adongo who was years ago called Adongo Ayine William who is the ascending and the brightest heaven of modesty, a muse of lightness and pageantry of history that he is, the greatest comic intellectual with fairies of inventions, if not magical, mythical and fantasy of history that deal with ideas that proof greatest to life and very real. Like mythical, he is known by his Point values Interval Law and Central Prediction Theory; like magical, he is known by his Least Whole Normal Functions (or Theory). Perhaps, like most things in life, he is known by his Central Point Law. Nothing is bad but thinking makes it so real; he is unforgettable by his Multi-combinational theory. It is accurate for all data; he is known by his Central Interaction theory. It is accurate without light; he is known by is Transformation Law of relativity. Above all; he is the subject of the Central Economics, Central Accounting, Central Experimental Design, Central Physics, Central Chemistry, Central Credibility (and Central Rating), Central Aggregate Loss Model, Minimum Uncertainty Theory (and Minimum Uncertainty Life Functions). In Econometrics, Economics, Biotechnology, Actuarial Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry and health sciences: he is the 'brutal' for the 'brutals', a genius who live to admire and that write to please the foolish and stupidity, a man of unforgettable character and conflict but still burn brightly even from childhood with fairies of wounds. Oh Bill Adongo, who appears like a drunken savvy with clean attitude and real imagination is a mild but invisible lion (a unique Genius) that does not regard the smartness of `cats"(or smartest people).

Bill Adongo who was born on newer days, 1983 at Bolgatanga is one of unforgettable character in the life of many. He was born 14 years after his death of his father. Bill Adongo who was born maturely but claimed to have lost his twin brother suffered from “fairies of wounds” from his infancy to middle age. When young Adongo was about two years, his mother was attempted to devoice his father but was bitterly beaten by his stepbrothers and was not exempted. Adongo could rember an event where one of his stepbrothers nearly murdered him: he faint and restored to his breath at an age not less than two years. The young Adongo mother went out with him for number of years if not months at 2 years old and mosquitoes and rain would have entered inside his semi-‘Gamage’(affected him). As someone who was supposed to lack no comfort and wealth from junior secondary school to senior secondary school, was popular known as 'Garage Mum' and was enjoying himself in the Garage for number of years with great pleasure. The young Adongo who easily forgive but still burning with fairies of wounds had brain injury based from his childhood experience up to now, but still remained as brilliant intellectual in the history of Ghana and elsewhere. Adongo was recognized as master of sciences that passed distinction in his BECE integrated Science and Pre-technical skill from poor school, (Aningazanga Secondary school) was known by his Artistic and mechanical kills. Even though, he made several inventions during his childhood, he is popular known by his moving calabash elephant that used the principle of electromagnetic force in connection to electricity. He was very excellent in fine Arts and Visual Art and worn many prices in this gift. Between years 1988-1990, Adongo was a shepherd and between years 1991-1996, he was a cowboy. He was a strong-willed, unconventional boy who taught himself at home until he was sent to school. He had shown his precocity in art, science, swimming and dancing when he was very young. He is self-educated in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, economics, physics, chemistry, biochemistry, and medicine. From his primary to his university, he attended lectures less than once a week. He is young man with great deal of courageous. His head never stop working even at sleep. He sleeps more and study little. He could only spend one day to propound worthy theories (or models). He one time said, “show me any field of knowledge and I will hypothesize worthy theories (models) in that field, we use minute to hypothesize worthy theories (models) and not years”.

After public Senior Secondary School, where he studied pure science, Adongo studied actuarial science in University for Development Studies. The years 2007-2009 were his great revolution, but unfortunately, the place was little-dismal and dominated by people who were of political ‘goalers’ than lecturers. It was a year of plots and counter plots. All this was echoed in the university, suspecting the deans of scheming to bring back justice, students struck refusing to chant in church and mosque without even notifying their parents. The dean expelled those whom he thought most guilty. Adongo was not among them, but it would have been better for him if he had been. This tyranny warped one side of his character for life. He was shocked into rage. Ghana of 21-century on wards will still remembered this revolution. By the age 23, Adongo knew he was a mathematical genius; a view not supported by his lecturers and fellow students. He was considered to be eccentric; both by his lecturers and fellow students. He was teased by the students who regard him as stammer in his speech and anger.
In all his mathematical discoveries and writing, he did most of his mathematics and writing in his head and refused to write down what he thought were obvious, trivial details. He frequently lost his temper with his lecturers and fellow students when they insist that he show all his working. Adongo stupidity was an “unpardonable sin”-he keep on fighting with unconquerable fools. He regarded both his lecturers and fellow students as stupid. It is claimed that one of his senior lecturers said “The science and mathematical madness dominates this boy. I think his parents had better let him examined by psychiatrist before he admitted here. He is wasting his time here, and all he does is to insult his lecturers with questions and get into trouble”.

HIS PUBLIC LIFE
Bill Adongo became a member of Ghana Academy of Art and Sciences, Institute of Actuaries and Society of Actuaries in the years 2008-2009. As a result he is one of the youngest ever Fellow of Ghana Academy of Art and sciences (GAAS), Fellow of Institute of Actuaries(FIA) and Fellow of Society of Actuaries( FSA) up to date. He is an Expert in Risk Measures for capital Requirements .At level 300 in University for Development Studies; he was the first student in Ghana to develop the Student Loan Scheme Model, and Lifetime Model of Navrongo campus Bus which was presented to MASAG in the year 2008. The Student Loan Scheme Model was designed to predict the interest rate and the Debt each student was expected to pay at the end of his or her service year. These two models were very accurate and Practical. In life insurance, he develops a loss models for a portfolio policies. In banking, he develops profit and loss models which are useful in risk management.
Having established a strategic option model, inventory model of uncertainty, minimum uncertainty method, central credibility model, central rating model, central cost and pricing model, etc. He utilizes the characteristics of the models for pricing, reserving and risk management. He worked at Social Security and National Insurance Trust, Quality Insurance, and Vanguard Assurance. He taught many Junior High Schools and Senior High Schools Graduates. He Produced many potential Graduates to Universities, Polytechnics, Nursing Training Colleges, and Teacher Training Colleges in which some are graduated successfully, and others in process. He is not only limited to insurance, financial, and teaching experiences, but many diverse areas like Art, Singing, and Dancing. He is indeed a practical scientist and theoretical scientist. He is the culmination figure for scientific development from 2007 to 2014. He is a man of diverse experiences and practical oriented.
Adongo life is blessed. His father was someone who could see blessing in children. His father was in his hundreds, when he called Adongo’s seniors brothers and told them that he was very ugly and he had seen intelligence's in him, so the should not fail to send him to school otherwise he may not get good woman to marry in future, he said they should not take him for granted, education is his field. When it comes to relationship, it is evidently proved that any lady he is with, whether she is morally corrupt or not, people admire that lady and respect her. He is the tolerant type, but because of over exasperation, he cannot longer control himself. Adongo, is the generous type: he gives money and his properties to people free of charge, but for his mathematical and scientific theories and models, he will not share with anybody, he does not want to be a corrupt person. Most people bribe him with money and jobs just only to share his works and he refused. Adongo love babies. He has deep compassion for babies. One of his great inventions is using the Point Values Intervals Law to establish a practical model to assess systematic risk. According to legend, it is said that, he was challenged by professors who called his Point Values Intervals Law impractical and abstract and must be included in Abstract Mathematics. He became annoyed and disproved all professors in the world by applying the Point Values Interval Law to produce worthy practical model in risk and return. He applies his Point Values Interval Law in many fields.
Adongo who is a true Genius one time said, it doesn't matter where his works are published. “Intellectualism is not football where credits are awarded to the scorers but the dribbler who pass the balls to the scorers: likewise, newness, richness, and potentiality are where credit is awarded and not mere polishing of people ideas”. He one time said anyone who published his Central Point Law and Point Values Interval Law before 2007/2008 Academic year of his schooling, should take the credit. He was very excellent in fine Arts and Visual Art and worn many prices in this gift. Adongo who reputation is against is a man of diverse intelligence and has a standard IQ of 450.
